Working at Aerostrat has many perks!

Aerostrat allows all employees to work at their own schedule so you can when when you are most productive and around your life.

Aerostrat allows you to work where you want.  Whether you want to work at home, in Hawaii, or at a co-working place, it is your choice.

All employees start at 20 days of Paid Time Off (PTO), 5 sick days, and 2 days of Extended Illness Leave (EIL).  Each year at Aerostrat earns employees one additional day of PTO with a maximum of 30 days of PTO each year.

All employees get eleven paid holidays off per year: New Years Day, Martin Luther King, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. 

Aerostrat pays 100% of all employee health, dental, and vision insurance and 50% of their dependents.

Aerostrat Employees are provided up to $1200/year for anything related to their physical, mental, or emotional well-being.

Employees are provided with $50/week for meals through DoorDash and a company paid for DashPass.

Each month, Aerostrat covers up to $100 of each employees cell and internet costs.

Aerostrat provides global business travel discounts and more to all employees.
