Aerostrat Announces New Customer Success Manager

Aerostrat Software is excited to announce the addition of their new Customer Success Manager, Roger Templeman.

Roger brings to Aerostrat over 28 years of experience in the airline and MRO industry, including the last 17 years focused solely in the maintenance planning, scheduling, and forecasting field.

Roger comes to Aerostrat from Bombardier Commercial Service Centers in West Virginia, where spent the last 12 years.  He had increasing roles; from Senior Scheduling Analyst, to Manager Network Scheduling, to then assuming the role of Manager Planning & Network Scheduling, where he managed 8 employees, coordinated schedules with customers, managed projects, and was responsible for the Service Center Network Master Schedule.

Roger began his career in the airline industry with Delta Airlines, and assumed various roles in Records, Material Services, and Planning.  In 2000, he entered the maintenance planning field as a Hangar Maintenance Planning & Strategy Analyst.  This is where he was introduced to maintenance planning and forecasting software, which he would continue to use and become proficient at throughout his years at Delta and Bombardier.

Roger is looking forward to utilizing his expertise and knowledge to contribute to the growth and excellence of Aerostrat.
